The relocation and redesign of an existing operations control center.  After being relocated, the center will be redesigned including upgrades to current monitors, security cameras, and interior finishes. 

Mother Clara Hale Bus Depot

Location: Harlem, NY

Status: Completed

 

The new Mother Clara Hale Bus Depot will replace the existing depot. The new depot will consist of three fully enclosed floors and a mezzanine. Each floor is approximately 129,000 square feet and the mezzanine is approximately 14,000 square feet, a total building area of approximately 400,000 square feet. The depot will be designed to accommodate the storage and maintenance of over 150 buses

LA Metro Greenline Extension

Location: Los Angeles, CA

Status: Submitted To LAX

The design of a new APM (automated people mover) around the Central Terminal Area of Los Angeles International Airport.  The new APM system is to be connected to the existing Greenline system outside of the Central Terminal Area.  The purpose of construction is to improve circulation for visitors in this area.  

LA Metro Red Line Canopies

Location: Los Angeles, CA

Status: Completed

These new subway portal canopies give LA Metro Red Line rail network a much stronger identity.  The designs for the canopies feature elliptical laminated panelized glass roofs with a steel ring beam and steel structure providing weather protection, lighting, new iconic identity element, and information systems.  Addition of prototypical entrance canopies to 14 gateway and local subway stations throughout downtown Los Angeles

Grand Central Station New Stair Entrance

Location: New York, NY

Status: Final Design

 

The project will include the proposed new stair along the west side of the Grand Central Terminal 42nd Street Passageway, leading to the mezzanine and control area R-238, as well as a new stair from the mezzanine to the southbound platform of the IRT Lexington Avenue subway. The scope of work also includes reconfiguration of the mezzanine and control area R-238, which includes reconfiguring the fare arrays, a new two agent booth, a new storage room for the Division of Stations, infill of open floor slabs, and a new egress corridor at the mezzanine.
